Welcome to ECOFASHIONS.co.uk website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/ or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply any subsequent orders received.
Once you order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

UK DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days after the order is placed. A signature is required on delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please note we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been despatched.

PRICE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro*, MasterCard and Solo cards.
Your items will only be dispatched once payment has been received. We will email you to confirm dispatch.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.
*We are unable to except international Maestro cards.

RETURNS

RETURNS
|
We guarantee to refund any item when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

RETURNS BY POST
(ALL COUNTRIES)
|
Simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item.
Please contact us before returning your item.
Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- We recommend you obtain a proof of posting certificate from the post office on all returned items.
- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received. Please note it may take 2-3 working days for the refund to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund/ credit from ECO FASHIONS. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact us with your order number, postcode and new card details.
*Note: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

RETURNING GOODS WHICH ARE OF UNSATISFACTORY QUALITY OR UNFIT FOR PURPOSE

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care here quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

REFUNDING THE DELIVERY CHARGES (ALL COUNTRIES)

If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.

Your UK Statutory Rights are not affected by our returns policy.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We ask for your name, telephone number, home address and email address. When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also ask for a delivery address and payment method details. We may obtain your information for future use.

WHAT WILL THE DATA WILL BE USED FOR?

Your data will enable us to fulfil your order and to notify you about important functionality changes.
We will also send you email newsletters from time to time to inform you about our products, promotions and special offers. If you do not wish to receive email newsletters simply unsubscribe from the email at any time by emailing customercare@ecofashions.co.uk, with "unsubscribe" as the subject heading.
